Building Dedication & Note Burning Celebration
Join us for a special celebration in the life of St. John’s Episcopal Church! Following the 11:00 a.m. Holy Eucharist on Sunday, August 30, we’ll gather in the Parish Hall to dedicate our parish building, celebrate the retirement of our building loan with a ceremonial note burning, and give thanks for all who made our expansion and renovations possible.
This gathering honors the many parishioners, friends, and supporters whose generosity, vision, prayers, leadership, and countless hours of planning and work brought this project to life. While these spaces have faithfully served our parish for a couple of years, we now pause to formally dedicate them to God’s glory and the ongoing ministry of St. John’s.
Following the dedication, everyone is invited to continue the celebration with a parish potluck. Bring your favorite dish to share (with food in it!) as we enjoy fellowship, gratitude, and this joyful milestone together. Whether you helped make the project possible years ago or have become part of the St. John’s family more recently, we hope you’ll join us as we celebrate God’s faithfulness and the future of our parish.
